Information we collect
Account information, such as email, Apple sign-in identifiers, display name, avatar, device sessions, and authentication information needed to operate the service.
Creator profile information, such as AgentPie ID, bio, public links, work or education modules, avatar, images, Skill names, descriptions, versions, reference links, package metadata, and public usage instructions.
User content, such as chat messages, uploaded images or files, speech transcription, feedback, support messages, and other content you submit.
Usage and diagnostic information, such as card visits, Skill opens, installs, calls, completions, failures, source platform, device type, request time, crash logs, performance logs, and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide sign-in, creator cards, Skill pages, Skill package access, analytics, feedback management, support, and security controls.
We use information to process account deletion, file uploads, notifications, data synchronization, and product troubleshooting.
We do not intentionally publish private chats, private files, account credentials, environment variables, or package access secrets as public Skill data.
Files and storage
Avatars, images, files, Skill packages, and related assets may be stored in object storage or Convex File Storage and displayed or downloaded through controlled links.
We use product controls, retention rules, account deletion, expiration, and operational cleanup to remove files that are no longer needed.
Third-party services
AgentPie may use services for email, Apple sign-in, speech recognition, object storage, logs, agent relay, payment processing, third-party Skill platforms, or model-related workflows.
When you open external links, embed third-party content, use a Skill with an external agent, or complete a payment, those third parties may process data under their own policies.
Tracking and advertising
The current product does not sell personal information. We do not use your private chats or private files for third-party advertising.
If we later introduce advertising attribution, personalized advertising, or additional tracking features, we will update this Policy and applicable platform disclosures before rollout.
Your rights
You can view and edit public creator card information, Skill display information, and some public links in the app.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or account deletion by using the app controls or contacting support@novatorai.io.
Records required for legal compliance, dispute handling, security audits, fraud prevention, or backup recovery may be retained for a limited period.
Children
AgentPie is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
